Someone turn down the oven!

It's so damn hot!

I know, I shouldn't complain, seeing as I chose to live in a desert, and I know it always is hot during the summer, but I was reading in the paper this morning that we have hit 17 days of temps being at 110 and above, and seeing as that is the record, we are about to break that. Take about global warming, huh!

Maybe I am just getting older, but I find that every summer it is getting harder for me to handle the heat. I go outside and I feel like I can't breathe, and when it starts getting humid out due to the monsoons that it is almost unbearable to be outside for me. I can't even talk Brandi on as long of a walk that she loves because she gets so hot and I know the ground is hot for her paws.

I guess this blog really isn't about anything important, I just felt the need to bitch because I am hot. Carry on....lol
